4. How long did you date/court before you were engaged: 3 1/2 months but technically we hung out for 2 years and then dated.
5. Where did you meet your spouse for the first time: At my house. We were having a dinner with friends from the singles ward and he came with some of our guy friends.

7. Do you have any children yet: Yes
8. How many: almost 3(6 more weeks), 1 boy and 2 girls
9. Do you have any house pets: No.
10. Do you own a house or rent: Own, man it is nice to say that finally:)
11. Do you live in the country or town/city: City technically, but we live on the outskirts so it is nice and quiet where we are at.
12. What is one of your favorite activities together: We love doing stuff with our kids. When they are happy we are happy:)
13. Do you have a favorite vacation spot: Vacation? What is that?
14. How many siblings (including in-laws): 9 on my side, 6 on his side.
15. What church do you attend: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
16. Is this the church you were married in: Well, technically we were married in the temple...
17. What town is your current address: Norman
18. Do you work or stay at home: I stay at home with my kids
19. Where did you honeymoon: Well we went to a cabin in Greer, AZ and 5 months later we went to Dinseyland and the beach. We count them both.
20: Leave a piece of marriage advice: Don't take life to seriously, laugh as much as possible. COMMUNICATE. And always keep Heavenly Father in your marriage.

Ice Storm Fun!

We had an ice storm at the end of January. The kids thought it was the greatest thing because they have wanted to play in the snow all winter. Well guess what? That's not snow kiddos it is ice and sleet. Of course, they didn't understand and so Darron was all frustrated because the "snow" wouldn't stick together to make a snowman. We were quite lucky because this one wasn't really that bad eventhough Darron was still out of school for 3 days.

There was a day that wasn't to freezing so we went to the park in our neighborhood and let Darron and Alyse play around until our faces started getting cold.

Anytime we go to the park Alyse is on the swings most of the time and then goes down the slide once or twice and then she is ready to go. Silly girl:)

7 years down, eternity to go

Today we celebrate our 7 year anniversary and looking back I cannot believe how quickly time has gone by. I met Joe in January of 2000 and can't even tell you how many wonderful memories we have even before we ever dated or married. I always knew something was special about him and I tried to "save" him from mean girls so that when the right girl came that I thought was good enough then he wouldn't be scarred from bad relationships. To bad it took me so long to realize I wanted to be the right girl for him. Luckily, he was still there when I figured things out and I have considered myself blessed since then. The last 7 years being married to the nicest, most genuine guy has spoiled me. I truly love him more than anything. I remember this day 7 years ago people saying that after time passes I would love him more than I did that day and thinking that those people must be crazy. But now, 7 years later after children, sacrifices and hard ships together I begin to understand a little more what they meant. It makes me grateful that I have eternity to love him more each year. My life's greatest blessing is you Joseph. You are my love and my life. I am glad I get to spend the rest of eternity loving you.

30 Weeks and Counting!

Okay so I haven't ever posted a picture of my pregnant belly. There are reasons for that:) But I do have family that will never get to see me during this pregnancy so this is for all of you who are curious if I am as huge as I was with Darron. :)

Halloween

The kids had so much fun for Halloween this year. They got to celebrate on and off the whole week which made it so much fun. On Halloween we went to the mall to do some trick or treating and then just went to a neighborhood we trick-or-treat at every year. It was such beautiful weather that we didn't even have to bundle them up like we usually do. Well here is pictures before we left. Our batteries died while we were out so these ended up being the only pictures we got. What do you do?:) Enjoy:)

Survey Says!!!

It's a GIRL!!!

We are excited that we are having another girl!!! We really thought this was a boy so we were quite surprised but so happy. We would be happy with either one, of course, but this will be fun. Anyway, that is our exciting news. :)

I had to go to work and missed this fun Halloween party but Joe was brave enough to take the kids himself and luckily Uncle Sam and Aunt Ella and kids went also. They had a great time.

Another First!!!

Darron lost his first tooth this month. It was quite the drama until he realized it actually didn't hurt when it actually came out. Awesome!

Better Late Then Never.

Yes, I know that it has been forever since I have updated my page. Needless to say, it has been a couple of crazy months. When we got back from our Kentucky trip in July we found out that we are expecting our 3rd child. My due date is March 25th and we are very excited. I have been more sick this time than with either of my other pregnancies so it has been a little crazier than usual. On top of company coming into town and Darron starting school, the night of Darron's first day he fell off his bed and broke his collar bone. So he missed the second day of school but is fine. (Hence, the sling in the butterfly pictures below) We had a small plumbing issue that caused an unstable pregnant woman to lose her mind for a day. Then the following week that same unstable pregnant lady rear-ended and truck taking her son to school. If you ask me we should fire that lady. But everyone was fine and that is the most important but I think the crazy pregnant lady has a bruised ego. :) Needless to say it has been anything but uneventful but we have been blessed and are grateful for that. The baby is growing and we will hopefully find out what it is toward the end of this month. Alyse and Darron could not be more excited. Thanks for you patience in seeing the same page for the last 3 months:) But now that 1st trimester is behind me, hopefully I can cope with updating more often:)
